Marylyn McCormack
Marylyn McCormack is a recognized Master Trainer-of-Trainers, university instructor, project manager, and performance consultant with an established track record of increasing organization revenue, time-to-proficiency, client base, and performance.
She has over 15 years in the field of training and development, project management, along with extensive experience leading teams of instructors, designers, training coordinators and project managers. She has assessed training and performance needs, led projects, designed, developed, facilitated, and evaluated workshops/design projects/performance paths for government and diverse private industries.
Selected as a Keynote speaker for the International Conference of the American Society for Training and Development. Her topic was “How to Develop Your Trainers: Using Competencies to Customize Your Own Master Plan.”
Recipient of the Torch Award from the American Society for Training and Development (ASTD) for continually exceeding expectations and for outstanding contributions to the organization.
Marylyn is a former Vice President with Langevin Learning Services and Instructor with California State University Extended Education program.
In these and other positions, Marylyn has coached subject-matter experts, managers/directors, supervisors, Vice Presidents and trainers. She gives them the “how-to skills and knowledge” needed to achieve peak performance levels on the job.

He has over 20 years in the hospitality industry in the areas of training and development, management, and client relations, along with extensive experience developing the bilingual proficiency of the employees.
Partners with executives, business owners and management to tailor performance solutions and bilingual verbal and written assessments to the organization, the client & their customer's needs and address current challenges.
William, who is native-fluent in Spanish, provides coaching, feedback and customized workshops for employees to bridge communications gaps and achieve peak performance levels on the job.

Nicole has completed her Masters in Evaluation and Applied Research Methods with a Co-Concentration in Organizational Behavior at the School of Behavioral and Organizational Sciences at Claremont Graduate University.
Additionally, she expects to receive her PhD in Evaluation and Applied Research Methods with a Co-Concentration in Organizational Behavior in 2007.   Her work experience includes evaluation and organizational development within financial, utility, and non-profit organizations.
Her occupational and research experience, coupled with her education enables her to conduct all aspects of evaluation including designing evaluation proposals, creating data collection instruments, conducting quantitative
